1 Large Lemon
Pine Nuts
Broccoli
Pasta (I went for Shells but id prefer Farfalle *Bowties*)
500g Chicken Breast or thigh
Chilli Flakes
Garlic
Step By Step -
1. Bring a large pan of Salted water to the boil
2. Chop Chicken finely
4. Chop garlic, i like it rough so it doesn't just disappear.
4. Juice 1 Large Lemon
5. Throw in a handful of pine nuts and give a little toasting.
8. ADD 3 table spoons of the salted pan water to the chicken, Strain the Pan and add to pan. STIR
