Noncey Breakfast


Serves 1 (Scale up for more)
Takes 10 Mins 

Shopping List 

1 Egg
2 Rashers Back Bacon
3 Button Mushroom 
3 Cherry Tomato 
1 Ciabatta Bun

Step By Step 

1. In a Small frying pan, fry two pieces of bacon. (I always dry fry but feel free to use a touch of oil) 
 2. When the Bacon is cooked, finely chop and leave on the board.
3. In the same pan (for flavour), Using a metal ring heat VEG oil
4. Crack an egg into your ring, Sprinkle bacon into the whites and chuck in your toms and mushrooms.
 5. When your egg is cooked throw in the rest of your bacon and get back up to heat.
 6. Toast the bottom half of the ciabatta. Base the plate.
7. Arrange as neatly as you can.
