Creamy Carbonara


Serves 4
Cooking time Less than 10 Mins

Shopping List 

4 Egg Yolks
200 ml Double Cream 
Pack Parmesan Shavings
Black Pepper
Loads of Bacon
Fresh Pasta 


Step by Step 

1. Stick a load of bacon in a dry pan 
 2. Yolk 4 Eggs. I do this by passing the egg yolk over the sink between the two halfs of the egg shell
 3. Mix 200 ml Double Cream, The parmesan and a load of Pepper and mix until creamy. Leave this to one side.
 4. When the bacon is just about to crisp, cook the pasta, it takes 4 mins and needs to be piping hot.
 5. Remove Bacon from heat. Strain Pasta. Add all together, Mix around and serve. So simple, So quick!
